Special order items are subject to the manufacturer's time to build and ship your order and will arrive within 2 months of placing your order

Local Pickup/Delivery Policy

We offer local pickup to anyone who visits our location in Wylie, TX.
Pickup must be arranged ahead of time by contacting us.
Local delivery is also available to destinations within 50 miles of our garage.
There is a delivery fee of $5 per 10 miles for local deliveries added to your total.
Texas state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all local pickups and deliveries in accordance with state law.

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase
Used strobes and opened backgrounds cannot be returned
To request an return or exchange, complete our contact form
All returns must be accompanied by the return authorization we will provide in order to receive a refund
Returns must be in new condition with original packaging
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the return
