Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do the light bulbs you sell work with 220V?
  • The lighting we sell is designed for use with 110V only. Some of the strobe lighting is available from our manufacturer to work with 220V. Please contact us to get more information.
  • Why are some of the items on your site Coming Soon?
  • As customers give us feedback and as our company continues to grow, we will be continuously adding new products to the website. To give you a sneak peek of what's in store, we add all of our products as we can so that you can plan ahead for future needs.
  • How long will it be until you receive your Coming Soon items?
  • Typically, there will be 30 days between the date an item appears on our website as Coming Soon and the date it is available for purchase. If you are interested in any of our coming soon items, please contact us and we'll be glad to send you and email or call you when the item is here.
  • Do you have any background colors for paper other than those shown in the Backgrounds category?
  • If an item is not listed in the Backgrounds category, we do not have it in stock or on the way. However, there are several colors that we can order especially for you through our manufacturer. There may be additional fees depending on what and how much you order if you need the item quickly, or you can get the background at our online rates if you wait until our next shipment. For a full listing of colors, please see our color listings.
  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
  • We do offer local pickup; please contact us to schedule a time that is good for you. We also offer local delivery within a 50 mile radius of our warehouse. There is a small fee for this service of $5 per 10 miles (to cover gas and mileage expenses). So, if you are located 25 miles from our warehouse, we will deliver your order with a $15 delivery charge. In most cases, this fee is lower than standard shipping options.
